Darkening Skies
With the skies darkening, I visited the Dania pier to catch the lights and character of the waning light of a Saturday….

Note to self, do not visit Dania pier till after March – the Dania Bridge is out until they finish their work. The traffic was absolutely ridiculous!!! Why they work on the roads and bridges during the height of tourist season is beyond me…
The Dania Pier
The sun rose and the light was very bright. The light glowed against the weather wood of the pier showing it’s worn lines and faded paint.

I started shooting with a new Sony A6000 camera, the camera seems very capable of capturing terrific photos with much smaller and lighter weight gear compared to the Canon equipment which is much heavier. It was a wonderful morning to test it out.
