The Milkyway over Bryce Canyon
The Milkyway over Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. On this evening, the winds were blowing about 20 knots and the temperatures were dropping to below freezing. The sky was clear and the Milkyway had just risen in the east.

The sun had set, and I waited with my friend for about an hour for the sky to darken enough to see the amazing Milkyway in the Southwestern sky. That large light just above the horizon was a small plane flying across the sky towards us. Taken: 10-24-2022
