Introduction
Thank you for considering our photography services for your residential property. We are pleased to present this proposal for a comprehensive property photography session covering interior, exterior, and aerial drone photography.
Our goal is to capture your property in its best light, delivering stunning, high-resolution images that can be used for real estate listings, marketing materials, rental platforms, personal archives, or any other purpose you have in mind.
Scope of Work
1. Interior Photography
- Full walkthrough of all main living areas before I begin the photography session (living room, dining room, kitchen, family room)
- All bedrooms and bathrooms — professionally composed and Flash lit
- Home office, bonus rooms, basement, and any additional spaces
- Detail shots: fireplaces, built-ins, architectural features, high-end finishes
- Use of professional lighting equipment (flash, diffusers) to minimize harsh shadows
- Estimated deliverables: 25–30 interior images
2. Exterior Photography
- Front and rear elevations — multiple angles during optimal lighting conditions
- Side profiles, driveway, garage, landscaping, and hard scape
- Twilight / golden hour exterior shots (if twilight package selected)
- Pool, patio, deck, outdoor kitchen, and other outdoor amenity areas
- Neighborhood context and street-view images
- Estimated deliverables: 10–20 exterior images
3. Aerial Drone Photography
- FAA Part 107 certified pilot — fully licensed for commercial drone operations
- High-resolution aerial stills from multiple altitudes and angles
- Bird’s-eye overview of the property and surrounding lot
- Neighborhood context, proximity to amenities, and natural features
- Aerial video flyover footage (optional add-on — see pricing)
- All flights conducted in compliance with FAA regulations and local airspace requirements
- Pre-flight airspace authorization obtained if required (LAANC or FAA waiver)
- Estimated deliverables: 10–15 aerial images

Insurance & Liability Coverage
We carry comprehensive insurance coverage to protect our clients, their property, and our equipment throughout every engagement.

- Images delivered via private online gallery — downloadable for 30 days
- MLS-ready sizing and file naming
- Drone video delivered in 4K MP4 format via Dropbox (depending on package)
- Licensed for real estate marketing, rental listings, and personal/commercial use
- RAW files available for purchase as an add-on ($75 flat fee per image)

Terms & Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.
- Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final gallery.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
- Weather-related rescheduling for exterior/drone sessions is provided at no additional cost.
- Drone flights are subject to weather, FAA-restricted airspace, and property access. We will notify you of any limitations in advance.
- One round of minor revisions (brightness, crop adjustments) is included. Additional editing billed at $25/image.
- Client grants photographer the right to use final images in their portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
- This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Proposal Acceptance
To move forward, please sign and return this proposal along with your 50% deposit. Payment accepted via bank transfer, check, or credit card.
